May 6 - Bond Passed
May 23 - CMAR Interviews
May 30 - ROISD Board Approved Joeris Construction as CMAR
June 7 - ROISD met with Joeris Construction to discuss contract
June 13-Aug. 14 - ROISD programming representatives met with CORGAN representatives to discuss designs throughout updating design process
June 22 - ROISD agreed to terms with Joeris Construction to be the Construction manager at Risk for the NEW Red Oak Middle School
June 27 - Representatives from Red Oak ISD, CORGAN and Joeris Construction met with representatives from the City of Ovilla for a pre-construction meeting
July 11 - CORGAN representatives met with the ROISD Cabinet to discuss gathering input from designated District Staff for the construction plans
July 27 - CORGAN delivered preliminary site plans and construction documents for ROISD review
Sept. - Corgan/ROISD documents page turn review
Sept./Oct. - Site and Utility Early Package released for Bidding
